For Windows
Where did you set it down, and what’s next?
DeepClear reads the dates your files already carry and shows, for every project, when you last touched it, what moved, and the next step you wrote. Nothing to keep up to date. No account.

An example. The names and dates come from your own folders; the next step is the one line you write.
Work stops because something else starts.
A meeting, the end of a day, something more urgent. The interruption isn’t the cost. The cost is the twenty minutes tomorrow spent working out where you were.
Every tool that offers to fix that asks you to keep it up to date, and the upkeep is the first thing to lapse. DeepClear splits the work differently: it reads what is already true, and asks you for the one thing it can’t know.
How it works
It reads what’s there. You write one line.
It reads the dates
Which of your folders moved, when, and which files changed. That record is already on your disk; DeepClear looks at the names and dates, not inside the files.
You write the next step
One line per project, in a plain text file you own. Write the action, not the topic, and tomorrow starts where today stopped.
It shows you where you are
Every project, ordered the way you choose, with what moved and what’s next. Open any changed file, or its folder, in one click.
A brief each morning
What moved, what’s waiting on you, and the one thing you said matters most.
Handles
Each project’s windows kept together on a bar along the bottom of the screen. One press to switch projects, and one to get your desktop back.
Everything about a project, with it
Tasks, notes and the AI conversations you had about the work, kept beside the files that came out of it.
What stays yours
It runs on your computer, and nothing about it is ours.
- No account, no sign-in, no server of ours. There is nothing to create and nothing for us to see.
- Names and dates, by default. Reading inside your documents, so you can search or ask them questions, is a switch that is off until you turn it on, and the index it builds stays on your computer.
- Nothing leaves unless you ask. The optional AI features use your own key, show the cost before they run, and stop at limits you set. No analytics, no telemetry, no advertising.
- Your notes are plain files. Next steps live in a text file you can open in any editor. Delete DeepClear’s folder and everything it kept is gone.
